The Challenge:

Joshua Valencia is a small business owner who wanted to go online. His brick and mortar store was only visible to passersby. Now, with both a social media stratedy and point of sale site, his sales have skyrocketed. He's able to manage orders, track sales and update inventory all from his phone. Business has never been better.
